Leger Marketing, a Marketing Research Company experiencing constant growth, is looking for a motivated and ambitious administrative assistant who is interested in being part of a dynamic team.


 


Job description:


The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include reception work, supply inventory management, basic accounting, all logistics surrounding focus groups, as well as all tasks related to the efficient management of projects.


 


Administration



  • Receptionist

  • Clerical related tasks (office supply inventory, photocopies, booking travel arrangements, making appointments, etc.)

  • Follow-up with and assist head office’s accounting dept. on accounts receivable and payable

  • Management of petty cash


 


Responsible for the logistics surrounding focus groups



  • Internal and external focus group room reservations

  • Booking the hostess schedule

  • Ensuring technical requirements of cameras, DVD recording, digital recording, etc.

  • Ordering meals for participants and clients, groceries, etc.


 

Qualifications Requirements



Understands the requirement to be flexible and supportive

Organized, mature, confident, reliable and positive attitude

Excellent computer skills (Database/list management, Excel, Word, Outlook/Calendar management)

Event coordination / management

Ability to manage a busy office (phones, tech support, etc.)
