| Responsibilities |
We are looking for a young energetic individual to perform minor tasks and
errands including snow shovelling, car washing, garage clean up and delivery
and pickup of parcels.
The candidate must have be a handy person and be able to perform minor
repairs and maintenance inside an outside including minor drywall repair and
painting, installing light fixtures, caulking and weather-stripping, minor
fence and deck repairs, furniture moving and assembly etc.
Pay is 10 - 12$ per hour plus mileage allowance. 10 - 20 hours per week.
Vehicle is a must. Experience
with property maintenance is an asset. Candidate must be honest, and
presentable to be able to work in people's homes.
